Clubhouse bookings are only available to residents of King Valley at Vinings and are closed to non-residents.

Use of the pool is not included or permitted with a booking.
The clubhouse hosts yoga on most Monday evenings at 7:30pm. Monday rentals will need to be cleared out prior to their arrival.
Extra fold out tables are available and as well as some folding chairs (currently stored in the kitchen). Residents who need additional seating and other supplies are responsible for renting them at their own expense.

The clubhouse calendar and reservation system have been moved to the PMI Terminus Portal. Once logged in, please navigate to the “Reserve an Amenity” tab to make a reservation. Payment will also be taken through the portal.
